Through clinical examples, systems-level reflections, and concrete communication strategies, participants will explore how language, organizational culture, intake processes, documentation, and interpersonal interactions can either reinforce harm or foster safety and belonging. The session will focus on practical changes healthcare providers and organizations can implement immediately to improve care experiences for trans, non-binary, queer, and gender diverse patients, clients, families, and colleagues.
